Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Study drawings, specification and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs
• Prepare bills of quantities (BQ) and cost estimates
• Preparation of project budget & costing
• Source and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Technical and Commercial evaluation of bids
• Track project costs against set budget
• Value progress claims and interim payments
• Help prepare final project accounts
