Vectolabs Technologies Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya seeks a Lead Coordinator for mechanical and electrical design, drawings and BoQ management. You will coordinate M&E scope across multiple trades, oversee design work, cost estimates and site testing, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years on-site M&E coordination experience, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Night work and travel outside KL may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of site experience coordinating M&E projects.
• Experience with Street Light, Traffic Light, Toll Collection System and Traffic Control Surveillance System is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
• Able to work with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Willing to do night work and travel outside of KL for project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordinator for mechanical and electrical design, drawings and BQ with other trades (architecture, civil, BIM).
• Manage M&E scope including ACMV, Sanitary Plumbing, Cold Water Plumbing, Fire Protection & Alarm Detection, CCTV, cabling, low voltage, power supply, street lighting and BMS.
• Prepare M&E cost estimates based on design and review drawings against BoQ for accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, authorities; conduct inspections and site visits.
• Plan and monitor M&E works progress, scheduling, manpower and material requirements.
• Supervise on-site M&E works, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning; ensure quality control.
