Job summary

Ageson Kensetsu Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic intern to support the M&E team at project sites, coordinating activities and monitoring progress against drawings and project specifications.

You will gain practical exposure to site inspections, documentation, AutoCAD usage, and collaboration with engineers and supervisors in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in M&E engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a construction/site environment.
• Internship allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E team in coordinating and monitoring mechanical and electrical works at the project site.
• Assist in site inspections and monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Assist engineers in reviewing M&E drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Support preparation and updating of M&E reports, progress records, checklists, and project docs.
• Assist in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on M&E matters.
• Assist in monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Attend site meetings and record M&E-related updates and actions.
• Assist with measurements, site observations, and verification of completed M&E works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the M&E Engineer or Supervisor.

Job description

Assist engineers and supervisors in reviewing M&E drawings, plans, and technical documents.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction processes.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to learn and work in a construction/site environment.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with the project team.
