Responsibilities:

General:

• To assist the project team on project delivery within cost, time, quality and safety requirement with full professionalism
• To assist the Project Manager on authority application & submission, design management, tender management, construction management and post construction activities
• To support tender process of the selection of contractor/ vendor
• To assist Project Manager on system building and improving work methodology
• To ensure company policies and procedures are being followed by team members.
• To review and endorse project related document.
• To ensure project are executed according to operation manual and company standard.
• To ensure company policies and procedures are being followed by team members.
• To assist Project Manager on project management system establishment in local context and improving work methodology.
• To support tender process of the selection of contractor/ vendor

Construction Stage/ Construction Management

• To assist the project team on project delivery within cost, time, quality and safety requirement with full professionalism
• Responsible for project delivery on time, cost, safety and quality
• To assist the Project Manager to work on authority application & submission, design management, tender management, construction management and post construction activities
• Responsible for project delivery on time, cost, safety and quality relevant to Mechanical and Electrical trade
• Responsible for site/ sub-contractor and vendor management relevant to Mechanical and Electrical trade
• Overseeing project schedule, construction sequence and method of statement.
• To assist to prepare project schedule and manage manpower/ material/ construction equipment delivery at site
• Coordination for design/ procurement/ contract management; liaison with consultant.
• To develop and implement quality/ safety control system
• To chair or arrange regular meetings between all subcon of different trades.
• Any other related works

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or above
• Experience in Design Consultancy, Project Planning and Project Management
• At least 7 years experiences on Project Management/ Design Consulting Practice
• Experience in Fastrack and Industrial Projects
• Believing honesty and integrity are important values
• Team player, strong people management skills and leadership skills
• Good working attitude and proactive
• Responsible, decisive, strong level of self-motivation, initiatives, results oriented and strong sense of confidentiality
• Familiar at Auto CAD, Microsoft, Project, MS office, and other Design Software for Design Review
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel and be seconded to project site during construction stage.
