Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN GLOBAL HIRE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing) to join our Cyberjaya project team.

The role focuses on Electrical, HVAC/ACMV, or Plumbing & Sanitary disciplines, with cross-discipline coordination and technical supervision. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant M&E experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• Practical experience in Electrical, HVAC/ACMV, or Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Experience in construction, industrial buildings, data centres, commercial buildings or large-scale M&E projects is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E installation works according to project drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other engineering disciplines.
• Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Monitor materials, equipment and M&E installation progress.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure works comply with relevant safety, quality and technical requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation and project records.
