Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain industrial electronic control circuits and automated control boxes for Hydroball machinery.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electronic panels and smart PLC boards.
• Ensure proper voltage distribution, wiring, and signaling interfaces align with plant management parameters.
• Supervise mechanical retrofitting of ATCS onto heavy-duty heat exchangers, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Manage on-site deployments, guiding fabricators, mechanics, and technicians to work safely.
• Evaluate fluid flow, piping pressures, and structural layouts to prevent fouling.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to process BOQs, verify sizing data, and balance procurement budgets.
• Bridge communication between regional HVAC Sales Engineers and site construction management for design revisions.
• Represent the company as a technical expert during on-site inspections and tender briefings.
• Quality Assurance & Regulation Compliance: Track system diagnostics and compile performance assessments.
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical layouts meet EMA/Suruhanjaya Tenaga codes and safety frameworks.
