Job summary

Shimizu Corporation in Malaysia is seeking motivated and reliable M&E Engineers to join our expanding team. Multiple positions are available across project sites in Banting, Selangor / KL / Penang / Nilai, offering exposure to challenging, high-profile construction projects with a globally recognized leader.

You will assist in planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works, support project managers, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and help prepare technical documents and progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in M&E coordination and site supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural teams.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E experience in construction or engineering environments

Proven track record in M&E coordination and site supervision

Hands-on knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and construction processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in multicultural teams

Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

Familiarity with Bomba requirements and relevant government regulations

Proficient in English, both written and spoken
