Job summary

Advanced Defence Systems is seeking an experienced and detail-driven M&E Coordinator to oversee all mechanical and electrical works for military camp infrastructure. You will liaise between main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with military specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction.
• CIDB Green Card mandatory.
• Experience in M&E or construction industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E installation, integration, and maintenance for military camp infrastructure.
• Ensure installations meet military specifications and local codes.
• Coordinate safety checks, system testing, and handovers for mission-critical facilities.
• Maintain base operational readiness and strict security compliance.
• Lead coordination meetings between main contractor and subcontractor.
• Follow and enforce the company’s QHSE policies.
