Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury retail (timepieces) environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g. Mandarin) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance: Consistently achieve individual sales targets while executing management-led strategies to drive overall store results.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a personalized, attentive luxury service that creates a memorable “WOW” experience for every client.
• Product & Brand Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand heritage, trends, and effective selling techniques.
• Visual & Store Excellence: Ensure impeccable store presentation by upholding brand standards and supporting refined visual merchandising.
