Job summary

Bell & Ross in Kuala Lumpur invites a Sales Advisor to welcome clients in the boutique, provide knowledgeable guidance on the collections, and deliver a premium luxury retail experience aligned with the brand’s values.

You will present and sell timepieces, explain features and benefits, handle inquiries, maintain visual merchandising, manage stock, process transactions, and participate in training while building long-term client relationships and contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Bell & Ross timepieces in the Kuala Lumpur boutique.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Handle inquiries and guide clients through the sales cycle and after-sales service process.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock/inventory accuracy.
• Process transactions and ensure the boutique environment is orderly and inviting.
• Participate in training sessions, support promotional activities, and collaborate with the team to reach sales targets.
