Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands with KPI attainment.
• Strong integrity and lead-by-example.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and other languages.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic POS system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with training associates on the TUMI Difference and TUMI Elite Moments.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Convey the TUMI Customer Experience through selling ceremonies.
• Develop client relationships via data capture and outreach using the Proximity clienteling app.
• Maintain high productivity and provide coaching and feedback.
