Job summary

TUMI in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver superior customer service, and uphold the luxury brand image. You will work with store management to hit targets, manage inventory, and maintain excellent store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in fashion or luxury retail, strong English and Bahasa communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English & Bahasa.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Hit individual sales and store targets.
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers.
• Maintain a tight control on discounting and giveaways/discounted products.
• Monitor sales through the cash register; reconcile cash receipts and prepare sales data reports.
• Carry out special tasks or ad hoc matters pertaining to store/brand operations when required.
• Update customer database in system on a daily basis and assist with reporting.
