Qualifications

• At least 4 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and secretarial functions for the Sales & Commerce team.
• Learn and master all functions of Sales & Commerce systems.
• Prepare files and documents for periodic meetings chaired or attended by the Director of Commercial Strategy and the department.
• Handle communication with clients on behalf of sales personnel or in their absence.
• Ensure all Sales & Commerce admin tasks are understood and followed up.
• Perform duties in a timely and compliant manner according to Mandarin Oriental policies.
• Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism toward guests, clients and colleagues.
