Job summary

TUMI is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury fashion brand presence in Malaysia. You will drive store sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold premium brand standards while coordinating with store operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in fashion/luxury retail, strong communication, and team collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English & Bahasa.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales to hit individual and store targets; implement sales strategies.
• Maintain high service standards and follow mystery shopper guidelines and guest experience.
• Maintain retail standards and assist with customer registration and complaint handling.
• Maintain inventory integrity; conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support in reporting; manage data for sales, customer service, inventory control, and logistics.
