Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Sales: hit individual store and sales targets, execute strategies, manage discounts, and report sales data.
• Achieve High Service Standards: deliver exceptional customer service, uphold brand image, collect CRCs, handle complaints, follow SOPs.
• Maintain Best Retail Standards: manage store opening/closing, keep stock and store tidy, ensure visual merchandising, monitor staff movements.
• Inventory Integrity: conduct regular stock counts, resolve discrepancies, coordinate receiving and tagging of merchandise.
• Reporting: update customer database, prepare stock and sales reports, support ad hoc reporting tasks.
