• Perform cleaning, basic restoration, care, and repair support for luxury handbags, accessories, and related items
• Check product condition carefully before and after cleaning or repair work
• Help improve product presentation and overall condition for display or sale
• Handle products carefully and maintain proper working standards
• Work closely with the team to understand item issues, customer needs, and repair requirements
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper care of tools and work area
• Report product issues, repair conditions, or limitations clearly to management when needed
• Support quality control and ensure items are handled responsibly

We are hiring a full-time Luxury Repair & Cleaning Technician to join our team in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. We specialise in pre-owned luxury handbags, watches, jewellery, and accessories. We are looking for a careful and responsible candidate who has experience in cleaning, care, restoration, or repair-related work, and who can help maintain the quality and presentation of our luxury products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, basic restoration, care, and repair support for luxury handbags, accessories, and related items
• Check product condition carefully before and after cleaning or repair work
• Help improve product presentation and overall condition for display or sale
• Handle products carefully and maintain proper working standards
• Work closely with the team to understand item issues, customer needs, and repair requirements
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper care of tools and work area
• Report product issues, repair conditions, or limitations clearly to management when needed
• Support quality control and ensure items are handled responsibly

About you

• Relevant experience in cleaning, repair, restoration, handbag care, leather care, or related work is preferred
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Careful, patient, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle products gently and follow proper working procedures
• Experience with luxury products, handbags, leather goods, or fashion items is an advantage
• Able to work independently and also coordinate with the team when needed
• Willing to learn and improve technical skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
