Job summary

Swarovski Malaysia, in partnership with Valiram, seeks an experienced Multi-Store Manager to drive sales across multiple locations and to develop high-performing teams. You will deliver outstanding client experiences and safeguard inventory in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires 8–10 years in retail, with at least 5 years in store management, a Diploma or Degree, and fluency in English. Luxury retail experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of retail experience, including 5+ years in Store Management.
• Experience in luxury, premium fashion, watches, jewellery, or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree preferred; SPM holders encouraged to apply.
