Job summary

KENS Apothecary is seeking a motivated Logistics & Warehouse Intern to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and regional supply chain activities spanning Malaysia and Thailand.

Working closely with our Logistics & Warehousing Manager, you will participate in stock accuracy, warehouse organization, and documentation, while developing practical skills in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• Interest in building a career in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse operations.
• Able to work in both office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory housekeeping across Malaysia and Thailand warehouse operations.
• Support receiving, sorting, labeling, and storing products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc tasks.
