Job summary

Habib Group is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Malaysia to represent the brand and assist customers through the buying process, delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships. You will participate in daily sales activities, promotions, and stock maintenance while upholding the brand's high standards.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with 1–2 years in retail; strong English and Malay communication are required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent (Malaysia).
• Preferably 1–2 years in retail; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge in retail management, sales and customer service.
• Good command of English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with inquiries about products and services.
• Coordinate on scheduled sales and promotional activities with the team.
• Assist with telemarketing, including cold calling from customer data to maintain relationships.
• Maintain stock records and assist with monthly stock takes.
• Ensure cutting and servicing items for customers are ordered and approved.
• Follow company rules to uphold the brand image and high standards.
