Job summary

Habib Group in Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused individual to provide excellent service and assist customers throughout the buying process. The role includes greeting customers, explaining products, and supporting sales and promotions.

You will contribute to maintaining stock records, assist with stock transfers and stock takes, and work on shifts including weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome, with internal training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in fashion and beauty retail.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge in retail management, sales, marketing and customer services.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu; additional languages a plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers; explain products and services.
• Coordinate on scheduled sales and promotional activity with the team to meet targets.
• Assist in telemarketing including cold calling to maintain relationships with regular customers.
• Maintain new merchandise records and stock cards as required.
• Receive transfers in stocks and assist with monthly stock takes.
• Ensure cutting and servicing requests are approved by a superior.
