Job summary

Pullman Kuching is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and presentation across guestrooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.

You will drive service excellence, cost control, sustainability initiatives, and team development while delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–8 years housekeeping experience in hotels, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in upscale or international brand hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry systems, chemicals, and PMS.
• Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations for guestrooms, suites, public areas, offices, and heart-of-house areas.
• Maintain rooms cleaned, inspected, and released on time.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and F&B for smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Prepare manpower planning, rosters, duty schedules, and task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Sustainability and brand initiatives.
