Pullman Kuching, a premier Accor hotel in Kuching, Sarawak, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and drive service excellence across the property. You will oversee all front office operations, from reception to concierge, while guiding Rostering, training, and performance management.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep customer-service orientation, and proficiency with hotel management software, revenue management, and data analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Front Office Manager or equivalent in hotel settings.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in hotel management software, revenue management, and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily front office operations including reception, concierge, and guest relations.
• Roster, train, and develop front office staff to sustain high service levels.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with swift, satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
