DONCE Fine Weddings & Floristry, a luxury wedding and event design studio in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an organized Client Servicing & Event Coordinator. You will bridge clients with planners, venues, designers, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, detail orientation, and multitasking across multiple events, delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in event management, hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in events, weddings, hospitality, or creative industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, venues, planners, designers and production teams.
• Coordinate client inquiries via social media, email and forms; deliver timely, professional responses.
• Prepare meeting notes, timelines and project updates; maintain organized project records.
• Support quotation prep, project tracking and internal admin processes.
• Assure on-site coordination during events and site visits; accommodate weekend/public holiday work as needed.
