Job summary

Sai Vastiram Collections in Ipoh invites proactive interns in Business Admin, Marketing and Creative Multimedia to join our team. You will support daily shop administration, online store operations and digital marketing efforts across social platforms.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in fashion retail, content creation, product photography and short-form video, while building a portfolio and earning a monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, E-Commerce or related field.
• Interest in fashion, retail, e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Availability to commit for 3 to 6 months (longer internship preferred).
• Hands-on experience in fashion retail and e-commerce operations.
• Practical experience in business administration and inventory management.
• Exposure to digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience in product photography, videography and creative multimedia production.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily administration and operations of the retail shop, including customer orders, invoicing, data entry, filing, stock checking and inventory management.
• Support the company's online and e-commerce operations by updating product information, managing orders and assisting with website and marketplace activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Create, schedule and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Produce creative marketing materials such as social media posts, promotional posters, banners, product photos and videos.
• Assist with photography, videography and editing of short-form videos for product promotions and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research and identify current fashion, retail and social media trends.
• Support customer engagement through social media and assist with promotional events or live-selling activities when required.
• Perform other administrative, marketing and creative multimedia tasks as assigned by the management.
