Louis Vuitton in Kuala Lumpur seeks a CRM & Clienteling Specialist to support daily CRM operations and clienteling programs across all touchpoints. You will execute targeted campaigns, maintain data accuracy, and ensure personalized interactions aligned with maison values.

You will collaborate with boutique teams, analyze client data, and contribute to loyalty and conversion efforts while upholding luxury standards and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Marketing & Event Management background with hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional activities and client-focused events.
• Client-centric mindset with ability to build relationships and engage with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written formats.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution and Support: Implement CRM campaigns and clienteling initiatives, maintain segmentation data, and ensure brand-aligned messaging.
• Client Data and Insights: Analyze client data, prepare dashboards, and track metrics with data teams for accuracy.
• Personalization and Client Care: Design personalized communications and ensure premium experiences across touchpoints.
• System and Process Coordination: Ensure correct CRM usage, train users, coordinate with vendors, and enforce privacy standards.
