Job summary

In this role, you will contribute to boutique performance, support product and brand promotion, maintain high presentation standards, and share knowledge with the team.

The ideal candidate has at least five years’ experience in luxury retail or hospitality, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience throughout the client journey, from pre-sales to after-sales.
• Contribute to boutique performance and ensure strong brand representation.
• Support product and brand promotion by executing actions within timelines and objectives.
• Apply best practices on the shop floor and contribute to service excellence.
• Take initiatives to enhance boutique performance and client engagement.
• Share knowledge and support team collaboration daily.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, service and operational excellence.
