Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience throughout the customer journey.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through active clienteling.
• Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and styling advice.
• Develop strong product and brand knowledge to confidently engage and inspire clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients on new collections, product launches and boutique activities.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with the boutique team to achieve overall business objectives.
• Uphold the brand's image, service standards and values at all times.
