Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a Manager - Operations for Jeffrey Cheah Circuit in Malaysia. The role oversees showroom, aftersales, supply chain coordination, facilities management, and governance to ensure operational excellence and premium customer experience for a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field with strong business acumen.
• 10–15 years in dealership or luxury retail operations, with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong grasp of financials, workshop ops, and inventory management.
• Proven budgeting experience and ability to drive profitability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end dealership operations: showroom, workshop, parts, and back-end support.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with growth.
• Set and monitor KPIs for efficiency, aftersales, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vehicle inventory planning and coordination with principals and suppliers.
• Drive aftersales revenue through service optimisation and parts management.
• Ensure premium customer journeys across all touchpoints.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and P&L in collaboration with Finance.
• Implement SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure regulatory, licensing, safety, and audit adherence.
• Lead and develop operations and service teams; drive accountability.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for quality and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee facilities to maintain luxury brand presentation.
