Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee LPR system operations and ensure smooth plate recognition and barrier functionality.
• Monitor real-time traffic flow at entry/exit points and intervene for misreads or glitches.
• Assist with security monitoring and incident reporting using LPR data.
• Support maintenance checks on cameras, sensors, and gates; report issues to technical teams.
• Provide customer service for LPR-related inquiries, payment issues, and general directions.
