Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an on-site Parking Support Assistant to assist customers navigating the car park and to monitor equipment.

You will perform regular checks on lighting, signage, and reserved bays, handle entry/exit transactions, and coordinate with security for towing requests.

The role requires friendly, customer-oriented staff able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, with a minimum SPM.

Responsibilities

• Standby on site to assist customers experiencing issues while entering and exiting the car park.
• Check on car park equipment and systems to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Review and address concerns raised in the parking lot regarding safety and cleanliness.
• Keep all projects or assignments assigned by the manager updated until they are completed.
• Daily picture updates of portable signages position at hotspot area.
• Check on Upper Ground Floor / Ground Floor reserved bays and parking area conditions and status.
• Check and replace any faulty light bulbs in car park area.
• Focus more on the centralized parking system to promptly resolve any issues with entry or exit transactions.
• Assist customers with towing requests by collecting required documents and work together with security team on the process.
