Job summary

Subang Jaya Medical Centre is seeking an Assistant Supervisor, Car Park Operation to oversee daily car park operations and staff in the Supervisor's absence. You will conduct routine equipment checks, assist with rosters, auditing, and reporting, and ensure safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years in car park operations, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a valid driving license (D/B-2 advantageous).

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 2 years in car park operations; driving license class D or B-2 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise car park operations and staff in the Supervisor's absence.
• Inspect equipment to ensure good working condition.
• Handle minor repairs and fault detection; notify Vendor as needed.
• Monitor traffic flow in the car park and report issues to Supervisor.
• Conduct surveillance and report incidents to Supervisor.
• Assist daily cash sales auditing and report to Chief Cashier.
• Prepare monthly reports on car park operations for Assistant Manager.
• Assist in duty roster and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Supervise all car park related matters from operations to managing the staff during the absence of Supervisor.
2. 2. Conduct routine inspection of equipment status to ensure all in good working condition and operable.
3. 3. Responsible for car park equipment minor repairs and fault detection before informing Supervisor to notify the vendor.
4. 4. Supervise the traffic flow in Car Park area and highlight any issues to Supervisor.
5. 5. Conduct surveillance at car park area, report any suspicious activity or incident to Supervisor.
6. 6. Assist the Supervisor in conducting daily auditing of cash sales collection and submit reports to Chief Cashier.
7. 7. Prepare relevant monthly reports on carpark operations for Assistant Manager, Security & Carpark in the absence of Supervisor.
8. 8. Assist the Supervisor in implementing duty roster and staff scheduling.
9. 9. Complies with all safety, health and quality standards.
10. 10. Assist the Supervisor in monitoring the departmental continuous improvement effort.
11. 11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. 1. Minimum qualification Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
2. 2. Ability to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia and English
3. 3. Two (2) years of experience in Car Park Operation. Possession of valid driving license Class D or B-2 will be an added advantage
