Job summary

GenBlu is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Executive (Partnerships & Rewards) in Malaysia to support the planning, execution, and growth of GenBlu's loyalty programme and partner ecosystem.

You will help design and manage CRM and loyalty campaigns that drive member engagement, points earning, and rewards, while coordinating with merchants, dealers, and internal teams to keep the programme attractive and commercially viable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in loyalty, rewards, sales, partnerships, business development, campaign operations, account servicing, CRM, or marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and growth of GenBlu's loyalty programme and partner ecosystem.
• Design and manage CRM and loyalty campaigns to drive member engagement, points earning and redemption.
• Coordinate loyalty campaigns with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and proper execution.
• Assist in managing points issuance, redemption activities, and partner-funded rewards.
• Work with merchants, dealers, and ecosystem partners to activate and optimize loyalty campaigns.
