Job summary
Jade Marketing & Machineries Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor is seeking an experienced lorry driver to transport machinery and materials to various sites. The role requires a valid lorry driving license, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate with workshop for servicing.
You will ensure safe loading/unloading, maintain delivery records, support on-site assembly or dismantling as directed, and communicate clearly with site
Qualifications
- Valid lorry driving license (Malaysia GDL)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a lorry driver (heavy industrial or machinery sector preferred)
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance or coordinate with workshop for servicing/repairs
- Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to perform basic mechanical checks and maintenance on vehicles
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading and site work
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty lorries to transport machinery and materials to sites
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate with supervisor and site workers
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods with safety regulations
- Perform routine checks to keep lorry operational
- Maintain delivery/collection records accurately
- Assist with loading/unloading of goods when required
- Assist with on-site assembly, installation, or dismantling of machinery as directed
- Communicate effectively with site managers, clients, and stakeholders

- Secondary school education or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
- Operate heavy-duty lorries for the transportation of machinery and materials to various sites.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate the work of a small team of supervisor and site workers.
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the lorry to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Assist with on-site assembly, installation, or dismantling of machinery as directed.
- Communicate effectively with site managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
