Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a reliable driver to join our logistics team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate has a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or E), proven driving experience, and a solid understanding of traffic laws.

You will perform pre-trip checks, load and unload cargo, maintain logs, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or E).
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or delivery role.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance checks.
• Secondary school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of goods and personnel.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly.
