Job summary

IN-N-OUT PLANTATION MANAGEMENT SENDIRIAN BERHAD is seeking a professional truck driver in Malaysia to perform in-transit maintenance, secure heavy loads, and manage efficient deliveries. The role includes inspecting vehicles for safety, complying with regulations, and organising multiple daily drop-offs.

The successful candidate will handle loading/unloading, follow company procedures, and carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance if there is a transport issue
• Safely secure heavy loads and large goods for transport
• Inspect vehicles for technical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Comply with truck driving rules and company policies
• Load and unload goods properly
• Organise multiple drop-offs and deliveries in a day
• Ensure routine service at workshop is completed on schedule
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations and parking) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Load and unload goods in a proper manner
• Organising multiple drop-offs and deliveries in each working day
• Ensure routine service at workshop are complete according to schedule
• Any other Ad-hoc duties given by superior from time to time
