Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Assistant to support daily shipping and receiving operations in Penang. You will arrange shipments, pick goods, assist supervisor and shipping administrator, and ensure items are checked and sorted accurately.

Responsibilities include handling goods receipt, subcon delivery coordination, loading and delivering goods to customers, and maintaining knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations to meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Arrange shipment for delivery according to shipment request.
• Pick goods in accordance with Picking List and Delivery Order
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor & Shipping Administrator for all shipping activities.
• Receive, check, and sort inventory.
• Coordinate subcon delivery and pick up.
• Check, load and deliver goods to customer.
