Job summary

Altum Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a delivery driver to perform safe and efficient goods transportation to customers and designated locations. You will verify orders and invoices, obtain customer signatures, and return delivery documents to the office while ensuring timely arrivals.

The role involves loading/unloading, daily vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and assisting in warehouse operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate company lorries safely and efficiently to deliver goods to customers and designated locations.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and within the scheduled timeframe.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation before and after delivery.
• Obtain customer signatures and return completed delivery documents to the office.
• Follow all road safety regulations, company policies, and transportation procedures.
• Assist in warehouse operations when required.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured during transportation.
