Job summary

Jora Malaysia is expanding its logistics and freight forwarding team and seeks energetic, motivated individuals to join as a Junior Logistics Sales Executive. No logistics experience required; we groom talent with comprehensive training and supportive mentorship.

You will learn shipping routes, contact potential clients, and tailor solutions (Air/Sea/Land) while building relationships and driving high performance.

We are an expanding logistics and freight forwarding company looking for energetic, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our sales team as a Junior Logistics Sales Executive.

No prior experience in logistics is required. We believe in grooming talent. As long as you have a passion for sales, a hunger for success, and a willingness to learn, we will provide you with all the knowledge, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Attend internal training programs to master logistics knowledge, shipping routes, and professional sales techniques
• Prospect and identify potential business clients (e-commerce sellers, traders, manufacturers) via cold calling, social media, and networking
• Understand clients' shipping requirements and present logistics solutions (Air/Sea/Land freight) under the guidance of a senior mentor
• Follow up with clients to maintain good relationships and secure repeat orders
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth cargo delivery and customer satisfaction

About you

• No experience required; fresh graduates from any field (Logistics, Business, Marketing, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local and international client base
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license for client visits when required
• Positive mindset, eager to learn, resilient, and possesses strong communication skills

Competitive Basic Salary + High Uncapped Commission
