Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah seeks a logistics supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations and driver activities. You will coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and ensure timely parcel handling across in-hub operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Experience in logistics operations is preferred.
• Basic Excel skills are required.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Legally allowed to work in Sabah.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor driver behavior to ensure high customer service levels.
• Assist fleet team lead in training new drivers when applicable.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.
