Job summary

1 Doc Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated logistics and warehouse support professional in Selangor. You will assist receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods, maintain inventories, and help with on-road deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in logistics or warehouse roles, good communication, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or transportation is an advantage.
• GDL license is an advantage.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle warehouse and transportation tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting warehouse operations and transportation activities to ensure efficient handling of goods.
• Handle receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep warehouse tidy.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Accompany truck drivers to ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Verify condition and quantity of goods during pickup and delivery.
• Provide regular reports to management on warehouse and transportation activities.
