Job summary

Transmedic, a leading independent distributor of medical technology in Malaysia, is seeking a warehouse handler to support stock control, packing, and timely deliveries from the warehouse. The role requires diligence, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, strong attention to detail, and a readiness to work after hours or on weekends if needed. Covid-19 vaccination is expected as part of safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Committed to work, attention to details, initiative, team player, possess critical thinking skill and excellent interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work after office hour and weekend when required.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Fully vaccinated for covid-19.

Responsibilities

• Stock handling such as picking and packing of stocks upon request.
• Ensure the accuracy of stocks picked and report to Operations In-Charge if physical packaging is not in a saleable state.
• Receiving and checking incoming shipments.
• Cleaning and housekeeping of the warehouse/storeroom.
• Safekeeping and proper maintenance of all the products inside the warehouse.
• Work closely with the Operation Team on delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries of goods/products to customers.
• Dispatch and delivery of goods/products and documents.
• Standby for any urgent call for delivery or any urgent task after working hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
