Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations, logistics, procurement, or administrative support.
• Experience in logistics coordination and procurement processes.
• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training events including venue booking and logistics preparation.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including shipment planning and tracking.
• Raise purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) via Ariba.
