Job summary

Esco Audio Visual Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipments, manage customs permit applications, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance.

The role requires monitoring vessel schedules, preparing shipping documents, maintaining stock records, and supporting the Project Team with proactive problem solving; you will need to be hands-on and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipments and handle permit applications in customs for land and sea.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external vendors to prepare shipping documents in compliance with customs requirements.
• Monitor vessel schedules and manage related logistics activities.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Project Team and forwarder agents.
• Prepare clash reports and arrange regular coordination meetings with other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Liaise with Admin/Manager and ensure all documents are prepared for timely clearance and approval.
• Handle inbound and outbound materials, maintain proper records, and ensure accurate stock control.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
• Able to multitask and be hands-on.
