Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd in Port Klang is seeking a detail-oriented Transport/Logistics Planner to arrange and plan daily delivery routes for drivers, and to ensure routes are optimized for cost efficiency.

You will monitor the Transport Management System (TMS) daily, coordinate with warehouse staff, operations and drivers, and prepare timely operational reports for management. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years in logistics an added advantage; strong Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics/transport planning is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS) (preferred).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and plan daily delivery routes for drivers.
• Ensure all routes are optimized for efficiency and cost-saving purposes.
• Monitor and update the Transport Management System (TMS) on a daily basis.
• Ensure in-house website / internal system is updated accurately and timely.
• Track delivery progress and resolve routing issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to Management in a timely manner.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
