Job summary

TT Freight Group is seeking a logistics professional to oversee transport operations, route planning, and driver management. The role requires coordinating with warehouse, customer service, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.

The position emphasizes cost control, route optimization, and strict adherence to SOPs, with responsibilities spanning fleet maintenance, documentation, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet, delivery, or trucking operations.
• Experience managing drivers, route planning, delivery operations, and vehicle utilization.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and transport documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, planning, and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations including delivery, pickup, transfer, local delivery.
• Plan and arrange transport schedules according to customer requirements, warehouse readiness, delivery urgency, driver availability, and vehicle capacity.
• Ensure all transport jobs are completed according to the required timeline and service standard.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager, Operations Team, Customer Service, Sales Team, and Fleet Team for smooth execution.
• Monitor daily transport status and address delays, missed deliveries, or customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain clear transport instructions and ensure drivers acknowledge them.
