Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Process Expert to manage logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring compliant and efficient application of process standards and KPIs.

You will translate strategy into action, prepare KPI reports, and maintain governance data, while supporting SAP change requests and coordinating with multiple internal teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in logistics or supply chain process management.
• Experience preparing KPI reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Hands-on experience in SAP modifications and data maintenance (DTX/IT interactions).
• Strong documentation and action-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process management within logistics and supply chain.
• Prepare strategy decision templates and KPI reports for regional committees.
• Translate strategy decisions into concrete action plans with milestones.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and process documentation.
• Support change requests for SAP and maintain vendor data.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align process activities.
