Job summary

Omya seeks a Process Expert in Kuala Lumpur to drive end-to-end process management across logistics and supply chain, translating strategy into KPI reporting, governance, and data maintenance. This role supports transport, fulfillment and IT collaboration and acts as first point of contact for process-related issues.

You will develop KPI templates, manage SAP change requests, maintain master data, and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization efforts, with willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process management, KPI reporting, and governance within logistics or supply chain.
• Hands-on SAP experience (MM, SD/LE) and dashboard tooling (Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process management in logistics and supply chain.
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Translate strategy into concrete action plans with milestones and tracking.
• Maintain logistics master data and support SAP changes (DTX integration).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence and service delivery.
