Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or customs declaration.
• Experience with JB port/airport customs is an advantage.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment lifecycles, including air, sea, and land.
• Oversee customs declarations for compliance with relevant agencies.
• Lead and mentor the operations team to meet KPIs.
• Liaise with clients and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor operational efficiency and manage costs.
