Job summary

SPCI OSC SILICATE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to manage logistics, transportation, shipping, inventory and warehouse operations across plant and office functions.

You will coordinate deliveries, arrange transport modes, monitor inventory, prepare shipping documents and liaise with 3PL providers to ensure timely, cost-efficient operations. Diploma or degree and 1–2 years’ experience preferred; strong Excel/Word skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in logistics, freight handling, shipping, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Strong shipping documentation and permit applications knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic deliveries and export shipments to customers.
• Arrange transportation modes, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and record inbound/outbound goods and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare shipping, transportation, and delivery documentation and certificates.
• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, 3PL providers and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock counts to ensure accuracy.
