Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Operations Executive for a Nilai-based manufacturing plant. You will oversee daily floor operations, material receiving, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics while coordinating with production, procurement, warehouse, and transporters to remove bottlenecks and ensure on-time fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in packaging, printing, or custom manufacturing, with strong knowledge of ERP systems, SOPs, and shopfloor safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in industrial/production engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in operations/logistics in packaging or manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, warehouse cycles, ERP systems.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and workflow management across production and dispatch.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with procurement, production planning, finance and sales to meet demand.
